Yes, because of his Susanoo. Yatta mirror and Totsuka blade makes close combat and long range combat hard to do against Itachi. I'm assuming this is against Prime Madara and not Edo.

living madara yes he'd put up a good fight but lose mid/low-diff but if madara was edo itachi doesnt stand much a chance

Any Battle with Madara and Itachi will result in either Madara being sealed by the totsuka blade or Itachi getting overwhelmed and obliterated by TBB/PS Blade Spam. The Yata Mirror should provide good coverage, but Amaterasu wouldn't burn through Susanoo effectively, the totsuka blades cutting power is still questionable, since it only had cut bare tissue, I doubt his genjutsu's would work effectively either. Madara wins possibly low dif.

I never said he'll win, only that he'll give Madara a worthy battle. Also, if Itachi wasn't sick, I'm sure that'll would affect his stamina.

i never said that you said he would win im just saying that itachis susanoo wouldnt be able to defend against madara long because itachi wouldnt be able to hold it long and if he wasnt sick then he would be able to hold it for

Madara destroys Itachi. Totsuka sword has not pierced a moving target, and Madara will definatly be moving. He outlasts Itachi.

i think hes mean that itachi could do as well or as much damage against madara as the kages did but itachi might not be able to beat the kages

madara could win this...but with extreme difficulty. Some of yall are underestimating itachi. he may not be in better shape than madara but he still got his smarts to make this fight hard for madara to win.
