ALL OF THIS HAVE 1 HIT KILL MOVES.
If you have 1 HIT SHOT KILL MOVES, THEN YOU HAVE A CHANCE AGAISNT ANYBODY.

OT: I think it stands as Nagato 70%- Itachi 30%.... ONLY BECAUSE OF GENJUTSU
I still don't know a way for Nagato to counter Tsukuyomi

but since we know Nagato is a sensor and a master of rinnegan, I think casting away a regular genjutsu won't be a problem, because he can idetify whereas or not he is in one, since he's a sensor.

This. But you forgot Kakashi. He also has a 1Hit kill move now. Kamui is really overpowered
OT: I would say that Itachi may have something like 20-30% of chance to beat Nagato but all depends on Nagato here, how he would fight, his mindset, etc

Itachi has a chance against ANYBODY, manga should've made that clear. There are however only a handful of opponents who are considered favourites against itachi and nagato is one of these opponents.

He doesn't stand a chance against Edo Madara, Kabuto, Sage of Six Paths, Full power Tobi and full power Naruto. They destroy him with ease. Well he does have a chance against Nagato but Nagato would most certainly win.

their eyes are connected right, so if one gets stuck in Tsukuyomi, then it effectivelly affects all the paths doesnt it. Although, Pain is hardly going to sit there and wait to be attacked.
