Nagato can sense any MS eye technique before it happens due to its pressure hes also a Chakra sensor who can see clear Chakra.Ao saw through the most powerful eye jutsu KA just by seeing the change in colour.I believe Nagato would notice it before it happened and even if it did hit him his summons are still actively seeing for him including Gedo Mazo.I also believe Nagato could break it due to his Genjutsu mind traps as well,Chakra sensing, superior Dojutsu and Uzumaki chakra but if he did get hit thats what would happen assuiming Nagato plays fair staying on the ground with no CTB or Shinra Tensei

Ok first of all itachi cant instatly use tysukuomi it has to be activated just like amaterasu. and yes nagato can close his eyes alot faster than itachi can activate tysukuomi. And nagato can sense when tysukuyomi us going to be used so he wont be caught off gaurd. Conisdering this unless Itachi forced nagatos eyes open Nagato can easily avoid being hit by tysuukyomi.

Having a superior doujutsu doesn't help him with tysukuyomi

Db and the manga itself clearly saids only advanced sharigan users or his brother sasuke
Can break out of his tysukuyomi, nagato is none of those

Nagato can be in tysukuyomi for like 2 min and itachi can make feel pain for like 10 years.

We cant say for sure that once the rinnegan user is in a genjutsu gedo mazo will still be. active.
How does nagato counter totsuka blade? It can go thru anything
