It depends on what nagato we're talking about.. Bloodlusted or just normal mindset...
If it is normal, then he has a good chance of defeating him.. 45-60%.. if it's bloodlusted and nagato is bursting out his big guns like chibaku tensei etc.. things he himself labeled forbidden.. then itachi has almost 0% chance

i like itachi but the rinnegan is the better eye and nagato has tailed beast level chakra so nagato wins every time imo genjutsu or not nagato wins but there are to many blind uchiha/itachi fans here so most will say itachi wins smh oh well everyone is entitled to their own opinion
