That's just how we are. Humans always neglect what they always have. If those poor people in Africa were put in our shoes they would be no different and if we were put in theirs, it would be the same. It's all about situation, bro. It's sad but it's the truth.
Also, it's not like my water will be sent to Africa if I save it.
I don't see why people are being so hostile towards you though.
ive said my self included two times over now, thats the point, knowing its wrong, i do it anyways, because what i think i can do, what ive been told is practical, something is practical or not based off of your ability to do it, if 100,000 people find it unpractical they wont do it, but if 100,000 people chose to try, itd become practical. its not the individual flushing the toilet whos at fault, its the system on which our society runs, but that society wont change unless the individuals chose to contemplate changing, but we cant even begin to discuss that if every time something unpractical is brought up it is shut down by a bunch of bored people looking for excitement, i forget where i heard it, but "people arent looking for the answer to life, there looking for a life experience" and people settle with NB and FB twitter ect as the portal to life experiences rather than going out and experiencing it them selves, many of you keep saying im trying to change the world, but thats just another example of ignorance, you can keep focusing on my individual flaws, but im just one person discussing something, and every time we focus on indiviual flaws the bigger picture is put aside again, but than what are all these technological advances for? to be able to spread and discuss ideas efficiently? or to play video games and bash each other while obsessing on fiction, im not trying to change the world, just trying to get some people to think, and i know thats not wrong, the only thing that would be wrong of me is if i let a bunch of strangers change my good intention out of insecurity, so i hope at least someone gets something good out of my desire to discuss change, because if you think about it, a life of being naive and content is no life at all. farewelll and have fun
