If I work-out that day, twice. A warm one in the morning and a cold shower after the workout. Usually that's not until I get home from school though, which sucks. If I haven't worked out, then once a day.

At least once. Sometimes twice. I work third shift so I sleep as soon as I get home. When I have the strength I take a long, hot shower and it REALLY helps. But deffinately some time between getting up and going to work

twice a day..smh..humanity doesnt deserve water...funny how the ones who dont deserve it waste it, and the ones who need it are forced to survive on muddy diseased water..."the sores on my head make me feel uncomfortable" said the anorexia kid in africa as the rest of the world is showering twice a day..granted im guilty of wasteing as well. but back on topic, no showers twice a day for me. once a day if im around people, if i stay home once every other day.
