When i was working out and eating healthy around 70 .. Now i barely eat and when i eat it's choclate and don't work out i can do probably 30.
With a clap between each push up i could do 16 but then again i was already exhausted when i tried so 25 when full stamina and hp ;3
Now for your question , push ups are not enough to get ripped if you want to get ripped go to the gym and get a working plan and a healthy diet.
Now for my opinion about getting ripped :
It's not worth it and it's a waste of time , just be healthy and that's it no need to get "ripped" you will waste half your life working out instead of injoying it and if you stop for 2 months you'll loose everything you built.
