Just a while ago, I was reading how many push ups you need to get really rip, & it said around 300 push ups a day ( Man)

So I'm wondering how many push ups can you guys/girls can do?
300 pushups a day won't get you ripped. That's stupid asf logic lmaoo.

OT; 120 @ yesterday.

When i was working out and eating healthy around 70 .. Now i barely eat and when i eat it's choclate and don't work out i can do probably 30.
With a clap between each push up i could do 16 but then again i was already exhausted when i tried so 25 when full stamina and hp ;3

Now for your question , push ups are not enough to get ripped if you want to get ripped go to the gym and get a working plan and a healthy diet.

Now for my opinion about getting ripped :
It's not worth it and it's a waste of time , just be healthy and that's it no need to get "ripped" you will waste half your life working out instead of injoying it and if you stop for 2 months you'll loose everything you built.
Ya but it also extends your life as well. Also you won't lose "everything" in 2 month. Maybe 30% of it, but not everything that crazy.

I use to do 50 in a row, but now I haven't work out in almost 8 month so I lost it. Just today I did 70 push-ups in a hour & my max is 30 a row & 25 average.

I try to get in the habit of doing push-ups. Like 3 or 4 days out the week, I'll do 90-100 push that vary in 3 forms. But in a row, I usually cope out around 40 decent push-ups without breaking form.

Heh ill show you a picture from when i used to work out and a picture now you tell me how much different it looks.
