no..i'm pretty sure you can make a rock lee w/o gates ......but that means one cannot open EIG

Last I saw, you had to ask an EIG master :shrug: but why you would want Gai or Lee w/o EIG is beyond me >.< They don't get any Ninjutsu.

You still need to get trained in Taijutsu and you can freeform his taijutsu. Eight Inner Gates also needs permission.

I would personally make a normal bio for now and learn the eight gates while upping your post count when you get 550 make a lava or wood release bio then up your post count and get a sensei for taijutsu and eight gates once you have done both of those then make your rock lee bio otherwise with no ninjutsu and only freeform taijutsu you will hate the RP

don´t give out wrong info, GAI BIO DOES GET NINJUTSU

it´s not that easy to JUST learn EIG, it´s more or less impossible for most people xd (that´s why there are only like 10 persons who can use them)

To make a Lee bio, you have to get permission from one of the EIGM. Though I hardly think you will get permission to be honest. It'd be easier to win the tourney lol xd. And I'm not giving permission for any Lee bios.:|

EDIT: But seriously, if you want the gates, just wait for the tourney and apply..it's going to be after the Sage Mode tourney...
