How many people really celebrate christmas

What i mean is that how many people out of the billions of people in the world that celebrate christmas,do you think celebrate the 25th of december as the birth of christ and not just exchanging of gifts between family and friends.How many young kids these days actually know the real meaning of christmas and not just an holiday which they expect to get gifts from santa claus.

Not a lot of people know the origins of Christmas, and not a lot of people like their traditions being trampled on if you haven't noticed. The far right was pretty steamed when Starbucks had just a bold red color for their Christmas design. So imagine when the word Christmas isn't there?

This ^^^ That's why it's still called Christmas. It's become a cultural milestone, especially throughout the Western World, of a time of general jolliness, family, and relaxation.
