Itachi can control a group of fodder's from a long distence, but when it come's to skilled shinobi 1 person is his limit and that is also nearly impossible if that person is a bit carefull like Kakashi did in thire 2nd fight..........!

not really.

since itachi used genjutsu those times and was shown to be unfatigued. Its a reasonable estimate imo.
