how many Anime episodes to reach current Manga Chapter

Maybe a year and a half, but I hope that they will not make fillers that will continue for much episodes. The fillers that they are adding now are acceptable because it is related with the episode. Masashi Kishimoto just showed the flashback in a small part of the manga page and they have extended it for minutes.
By the way, I somehow like those kind of fillers.
I just hope that they will not make the same thing as in Pain vs Naruto arc. They stopped the story to show two episodes with them young doing some treasure hunt. People are complaining about the flashbacks but them are not the worst.

without any fillers I don't think it can be more than 40 episodes. there are 60-65 chapters up to that point. an episode changes between 1-3 chapters. but an episode is usually 2 chapters or so.
so in other words at least 25 episodes at most 40 episodes (discounting fillers)
