I'm not sure about Hidan. Hidan is a good Taijutsu user to, and if Tsunade tries to hit him he could just use his scythe. But he loses when she summons Katsuyu though.

konan has nothing that can really damage tsunade while she's healing unless she uses that thing on tobi, but that requires YEARS of prep. She also has no counter to katsuyu's acid. Not to mention konan is not much of a close combat fighter so once tsunade gets close its good game for konan.

Paper bombs, paper clones to escape. anywhere there is paper konan can take advantage

physical attacks dont really work on somebody who can seperate into paper. If you punch a pile of newspapers, would you blow up the newspaper? no it would scatter. Konan can reform
It took years of prep to anylyse Tobi's jutsu. It doenst take long to set up a massive trap

ROFL, Konan had prep time, that's not reasonable in an everyday one on one battle. Konan would actually lose the fight the moment Tsunade decides to summon Katsuyu. Konan simply won't be able to dodge Katsuyu's acid spray, and petty paper bombs won't be enough to destroy Tsunade (as she can regenerate) or her summon. Tsunade takes this.
