How long has Itachi been giving Sasuke jutsus?

Because i believe that Itachi has been giving sasuke jutsus sine they were kids. And way i say this is Itachi has been tapeing Sasuke on has forhead as a wayof giving him jutsus little by little.

Why every time Sasuke asked for his brothers help with a jutsus he would will flick Sasuke in the forehead(the third eye)? Itachi must have been opening Sasukes mind up this whole time. The funny thing is that Sasuke has gained his MS in a completely different way then any Uchiha. Itachi must have inter mixd his jutsus with the MS and now Sasukes eyes are even stronger then Madara's EMS. It was all for love! Meaning that Sasuke's eyes are the true EMS or PMS. And I still think that Madara was lying on how he got his EMS, because those eyes he has is not for love. Those eyes Madara has are for Revenge not love from a brother. Therefore, that's why you don't see Sasuke in an Akatsuki outfit. He can see right through Madara's desires and will kill him in the end. Sasuke will have to face that choice between killing Naruto or helping him, because you know Naruto will defend those that he cares about at the village. I just can't wait to see what Sasuke can do with his eye's. Sasuke has a six triangle star in both of his eyes, what do you think that means? Now it's Naruto's turn to become stronger!!

It's probably Itachi's way of reminding him of how he was before it happened, like a way of association being a good brother and giving him a gift.
