Hashirama- Founder of the village and was made Hokage pretty soon after. Lived long enough to at least see his granddaughter reach her teens, so he definitely had the potential to be hokage for a long time. We do know, however, that he eventually stepped down to let his brother rule the village. Estimated time in charge: 20+ years
Tobirama: Reigned for long enough to implement a system that was designed to keep the Uchiha clan busy. Estimated time in charge:10 years+
Hiruzen: Became Hokage in his late teens/early 20's and ruled until old age. Estimated time in charge:50+ years
Minato: Was a Jonin during the Bobito rock incident and was Hokage about 2 years later when Bobito returned to wreck the village. Estimated time in charge: 18 months
Tsunade: Became Hokage in part 1. There's a three year gap between part 1 and 2 and part two covers two years in the Narutoverse. I assume she retired after the war. Estimated time in charge:5 years
Kakashi: Becomes Hokage after the war is won (I think) and retires about 13 years later, just before the events of the epilogue. Estimated time in charge:13 years
Naruto: Becomes Hokage shortly before the events of the epilogue chapter. Dies 3 years later at the hands of Kaweki. Estimated time in charge: 3 years.
If we analyze the trends, blonde haired people are more likely to become Hokage. But they're also more likely to die quicker. Grey haired hokage's have a decent reign but step down on their own terms to pave the way for their successor and black haired Hokage's rule unopposed for pretty much as long as they want. Interesting.
