Tobi is Obito. Why do you think there ms technique's ar technicly the same. Whenever Tobi's/Oibto's eye level's up so does Kakashi's. DUH! Kakashi has one technique. Obito/Tobi has another, so we only need 1 more. since each ms has 3 abilities.
