The others using the sealing pot and strategy to trick madara and seal him. No need for kaguya (fodder). SAs ukr reviving the Uchiha Clan. Hinata dying and saving Neji breaking the old tradition.
The world then teaches about sacrifice of those who wanted peace and what war led to and could lead too.
Kaguya would be fine as a final villain if she got the right build up (I mean she is the God of chakra) , instead she appeared before 22 chapters before the end of the manga , which is really lame
She cant have the right bbuild up because she was clearly a after thought and plot device to kill Madara because Kishi wrote himself into a corner. Her whole concept as a villain in this story is fuked no way it could have turned out right.

not really , her backstory explained the existence of Ninjutsu and Doujutsus and KKG and the existence of chakra itself , besides she was foreshadowed before Madara was even a JJ
the problem is Kishimoto totally forgot about the NV , and he focused on the yaoi relationship between Naruto and Sasuke and how they are going to fight in the end , he started giving it an ass pull after an ass pull , he even added moronic parallels to use "fate" as an excuse , and don't get me wrong Vote 2 was epic and all , but it didn't really worth all these ass pulls
and the whole Manga was screwed after the Five Kage Summit arc (which BTW was the worst arc) ,

Naruto (after he was the badass that defeated Pain) started to Humiliate himself again , he got beaten up by Karui , bowing his head for the Hokage , and all that for the sake of Sasuke's ass ,
Sakura was a total dumb ***** in this arc
and Sasuke was a total maniac , he wanted to slaughter everyone in the village because of a decision made by 3 people , Sasuke should've only sought the 3 elders and leave the innocents out of this , but nope they have just to turn him to a maniac .
as if they were trying to force the fight between Naruto and Sasuke to happen
and yeah when Sasuke was about to kill Sakura and Kakashi , Naruto was like
"hey bro , even though you were about to kill my sensei and my friend and you admitted that you are wanting to kill me and to slaughter every one in my village , I still love you and I will die after you "

well Kishimoto could've simply focused more on the NV , and give it the right build up rather than focusing about the Yaoi relationship between Nardo and Sauce
he could've explained the backstory of every clan specially the Uchiha and the Hyuga and the Uzumaki . and he should've been more focused on the Otsutsuki clan , because their backstory explains the existence of Ninjutsu and Doujutsus and KKG and even the Chakra itself
he should've given Konaha 11 their rightful amount of screen time
keep Neji alive , and made him the successor of Hamura

She still comes out of nowhere no matter what because she has no room for buldup in the story. That little info on her is barley qualified to be called build up and its not like you can have her the focus of the story either when the main story has nothing to do with her.

yes , she does have a place in the story , the whole story was about Ninjas having mysterious thing called chakra and they were using Ninjutsu by it , and her existence just explain it all , the doujutsus , the KKG , the chakra

-No Edo Tensei or at least greatly limit its use
-Otsutsuki clan actually having good relevance through out the story
-Sakura not being forgotten about(really Kishi?)
-The other Jinchuriki's having more screen time & relevance
-The Akatsuki catching the Jinchurikki
-Orochimaru being a Otsutsuki
-Tobi not being Obito. In fact, Obito not even being alive as he was predictable and had sh!!ty motivation
-The story not evoling around Naruto & Sasuke at expense of the other characters
-Naruto not going against everything he stood for in Part 1 like hard work & changing destiny
-The title of Hokage maintaining its weight
-Neji death. It wasn't necessary and did nothing
1. No SasuSaku. Sakura would actually get over her stupid feelings for Sasuke, stop being a damsel, and end up with Rock Lee, instead of a guy that tried to kill her three times.
2. NaruHina and ShikaTemi would be canonized. SaiIno too. I would've at least gave Choji x Karui some development during the war. Speaking of that:

3. Sasuke will leave the village forever and never return. He would explore the world, achieve wisdom and knowledge, before settling down with Karin. With the Uzumaki and Uchiha standing together, their clans would strive and become more powerful by mixing their genetics.
4. Naruto is happy as Hokage and would pay more attention to his family.
5. Orochimaru and Kabuto would be sealed.
6. Kakashi and Gai would run their own spa to run "ALL KINDZ" of game on the females that come through. They would make bets to see who can get the most booty in one night.
