He is able to move his physical self within the stone he manipulates, this why when zoro cut the giant stone pica in half, pica was left with "nowehere to run" as his physical body was in the top half. Wasn't he just a skinny dude who covered himself in snot?
As per the wikia a paramecia fruit gives the user "a power that can affect their body, manipulate the environment, or produce substances." Isn't that all Trebol is doing? Producing and manipulating his snot to form a larger body to make opponents think he's bigger than he actually is and can tank attacks like a logia when in reality he's just a skinny dude in a snot suit.

If it's about during Law vs Trebol, i think it's due to Law's DF cutting ability. When Law cuts him, he's in Law's ROOM, so being cut off is possible for anyone inside the circle, the only difference is Law used Radio Knife which instead of getting glued back (Logia or not) as usual, he couldn't due to the specialty of such attack, just as we all have been informed.

However, during Usopp vs Trebol, I honestly don't know how to explain him got cut in half.

Well for the law part, his body was actually sliced into pieces.
Law's ability doesn't kill people when cut inside room (like Vergo).

Luffy was able to kick Trebol to a corner, but I'm not sure what was his deal against Ussop.
Maybe his mucus can replicate his face.

If you are referring to radio knife that was laws like shambles cut similar to what he did to vergo, and he did reassemble himself just took him some time glue parts back together, then he got cut for real with spinning sword telekinesis, if you are talking about ussop then he was in top part no other panels have his arms or legs, if he was a logia his body wouldn't need so much excess glue. his powers are like pica's and magellan's, combined but glue not rocks or poison. I swear like 1 of these threads a week.

okay, no need to think rationally or use logic, just think of like every person law has cut all the marines, pirates, and vergo. I don't recall law killing any of them, not with sword slashes anyway, taken apart for sure, but alive. They all even keep talking. And if he was logia it would have messed him up like smoker got did by a couple haki strings, logias bodies run through whole element (smoker was devastated covered in cuts), thats why trebol carries excess glue, its cause he was paramencia. if he was logia he wouldn't have to have glue suit and humpback cause the substance would actually be his body like every other logia in the series
