Meaning, He could very well be a Uzumaki, without the entire clan having the powers of the Uchiha and Senju, as that is obviously not true

We all know different characters are associated with a surname,and that Surname depicts the clans/family they come from....
We only know SO6p is called rikoudu,but his surname is still a mystery to us,So it could be Anything.Heck,his Name might not be even rikoudu...
