MS being better than Rinnegan only applies in Obito's case as he seems to be the only exception due to him having Senju DNA and his MS Kamui (which makes him largely unaffected by most if not all of the paths). So, he doesn't get exhausted at all compared to normal MS users.

In all other cases Rinnegan > MS

EMS is just an underling of the Rinnegan. It can control Gedo Mazo which is way more stronger and effective than Susano'o.

Yes you're right. Rikudou sennin, the god of shinobi had a Mangekyo Sharingan.. And Madara, the strongest Uchiha ever (besides Rikudou direct son) had an EMS, in which he evolved (go check the word evolution in the dictionary) to rinnegan.. ANd Itachi would have instalost vs Chibaku tensei if it wasnt for Bijuudama and fuuton rasenshuriken
