[Question] How is Sabo above Doflamingo?

Because he fought evenly with an admiral and because he could have beaten Jesus Burgess who is a member of the yonko Blackbeard's crew. He is also trained by the most dangerous man Dragon. And he now possesses one of the most powerful devil fruits. Doffy might win high diff, but he might lose high diff too. More likely win becuase Sabo doesn't have mastery over his DF yet but if he did he would win.

Sabo can physically match a physical monster like Burgess who can basically throw mini King Punch attacks capable of shaking the coloseum versus Doflamingo who barely bruises Luffy's face with a coated punch

Doflamingo can create strings over the island when Sabo can create town level flames.
Doflamingo has better range. The fact Sabo is also new with the fruit isn't helping either
Destructive power
Doflamingo can cut meteorites when Sabo can destroy coloseum floor
It can go either way

Fire normally burns strings but Doflamingo's strings have been shown to be able to resist the fire resulting of the crashing of meteorites without a scratch on at least 2 occasions, so it would depend if the fire Sabo is able to generate can create even hotter temperatur enough to burn the strings, or at least the most resistant ones considering that Doflamingo's strings durability are sometimes inconsistent(with Kyros or the Funk Brothers cutting through the fake clone like butter)
Also i wonder how haki works with intangibility. If it's anything like weaker haki can't hurt a coated logia like the war arc seemed to imply, and assuming Sabo can mix both together now, probably Doflamingo can't even hurt him since he has stronger haki
I also find Sabo's hype better as the number2 of the revolutionary army(who want to destroy the government) with a new ability capable to hold his ground against admirals(albeit on the losing side) instead of Doflamingo fearing them, so ultimately i give Sabo the decisive advantage. Probably Doflamingo would fare better against base Sabo though

Sabo never fought evenly with Fujitora(some what people said above). Sabo couldn't scratch one hair on Fujitora's head and was left bruised, covered in scratches and exhausted.

Ended with Fujitora abandoning the fight, not with sabo losing, he had one mark on him. Thats pretty even. Maybe fujitora coulda tried a bit harder, but we dont have manga proof do we. Probably woulda have ended with Fujitora winning but at the rate things were going it woulda been a long battle.

Nope, Sabo failed to make Fujitora serious and Fujitora wasn't even harmed during the battle.
Sabo was struggling to make him serious, clearly they're not even.

Sabo and Dofla are more or less equal. Sabo's Haki is stronger, but Dofla's damage output is the same even without Haki.
Then again, Luffy is supposed to defeat Dofla, and I don't think it would mean he's stronger than Sabo. Then Sabo is still above Dofla. I'm confused.
