How is Rasengan equal to Chidori?

Well, remember: Kakashi wanted to add his lightning affinity to the Rasengan, however found himself unable to do so. So he created Chidori instead. Kakashi was only 13, so it was presumably inferior to Minato's Rasengan. However, he later perfected in when he created Rakiri, which I believe should be equal to Rasengan.

What if Naruto performed Odama Rasengan vs. Kakashi's Rakiri?

rasengan is stronger. it is stated that wind>lighning and fire>wind.
btw kirin maybe stronger than rs but overall it is not a better tec because it requires prep time plus rs can be spammed

Because it's ridiculously difficult to achieve. Rasengan is an S-Rank technique because of it. It took the 4th Hokage 4 years to create Rasengan if i remember correctly. The fact that Naruto mastered it in a week is a miracle that is only made possible because he's the protagonist.

The guy was talking about Naruto doing RS beating Sasuke's Kirin in speed, since Kirin takes Prep. But who cares? Sasuke can defend RS with Susanoo. Then he can just doing Kirin with ease. Also, TBB takes prep too. He can't spam those easily. Killer B took an hour just to shoot his. Sasuke can counter with Susanoo Arrow or Amaterasu.

sasuke can only take so many rs being spammed at him

Rasengan is not a futon technique. You're thinking of Futon Rasenshuriken.

IMO, it's:

FRS>Raikiri>Rasengan>Chidori
