How is Minato's FTG better than Tobirama's?

Shunshin is what Tobirama was referring to in that picture, and Minato is faster.

OT: Minato has kunai to use. That is it.
Shunshin actually means teleport .. and body flicker is the same word shunshin I think..
Its something with the translation that has it confusing actually.
I would think Tobirama could mark items too like kunai and shuriken , then how did he use it on Izuna I wonder?

I wonder if it has anything to do with when they activate the FTG.

When they activate the jutsu Minato probably teleports in a split second and Tobirama in a whole second or second 1/2.

because minato's FTG only needs his chakra to be used seems tobirama needs to actually touch people for him to use his.

Tobirama is better at ftg than minato but minato is faster than tobirama.

That pics there is mistranslated its shushin and it means speed. Hiraishin means teleport so take correction.
