How is Minato's FTG better than Tobirama's?

I accept that it is better based on hype, and Tobirama saying it 5 times a chapter since he was resurrected. Ok.

But how exactly is it better? They both teleport instantly and kill shit. What components of their respective FTGs makes Minato's better?

Minato can teleport to anything that has traces of his chakra with it. Tobirama can't, he needs to establish a seal on any physical object before being able to jump via FTG with it.

Tobirama needs to touch somebody: This will be a disadvantage becuase whats happen if he fights someone with fast speed and he can't touch them
Minato could just throw his Kunai: Advantage he could teleport anywhere in the area

Plot. Somehow, Minato has a tag he puts a seal on and puts the tag on his kunai. Plus Minato has S/T Barrier.

Cause Minato has many uses for it and has become second nature for him to use FTG.

Faster on feet and with FTG, Minato FTG is called shushin also. (Probably spelled it wrong though)
