Itachi may be able to control one at the time, there is no proof he can control multiple ones at the time. Minato can also summon them back if they cause trouble. also genjutsu can be undone when the person/thing controlled is hit.

Minato can also put the seals on the toads, so he can transport to where they are instantly

We have never seen Shi meeting Itachi, but he knew how skilled he was with his Ms techniques, even going as far as to know that Sasuke is more skilled than him. If even Shi knew about Itachi, it's more than likely that A knew Itachi

Susano will take ALOT of chakra from itachi and minato will teleport untill itachi is out of chakra cuz his stamina sucks after that he will finish him with a rasengan

1.I doubt the toads or any summon can avoid them, even the 9 tails, a creature most likely much older and experienced as well as far more powerful, couldn't resist it. Also manda, who should have similar knowledge of uchihas, the same as the frogs (since they both fought along side uchihas in the shinboi war) could not prevent it.

2. (your pick didnt work so I assume it is Space Time barrier) Space Time barrier has only been shown to teleport things with a definite form, fire has no definite form unless it is enton. Even so, Itachi can still control amaterasus direction while only using it once, as to preserve his stamina. He can put a ring around the forest as fast as he can turn his head, and it spreads faster than regular fire. Even if minato could make a small opening he cannot stop a large ammount of the fire, he would only be able to flee, or wait in the forest until the amaterasu returns to the area he cleared, while this is happening Itach simply waits for minato to be forced out.

3. Summonings and animals are extremely susceptible to sharingan jutsus.

I wish more people were like you... you say you are an uchiha fan, i could guess that before reading your post, but you are still humble to recognise this fact, minato is indeed stronger, but itachi isn't too far away from his levels

Fire has no form, it doesn't matter as the kyyubi ball was really powerful, was round, but it doesn't matter.

Minato has a Super Intelligence so he should know how to counter itachi...

Minato exposed Tobi Kamui which is way stronger than itachi Tech in few mintues and beat him and Tobi was a MS sharingan user
