How is indra's spirit still in sasuke?

Is this really something that needs to be debated? Spiritual reincarnation is pretty straightforward... One person dies, the spirit is reincarnated into someone else. Madara died, Sasuke lived. Chakra apparently stays with the original user, so Madara/Hashirama/Naruto/Sasuke will always have Indra/Ashuras chakra, just not always their spirit.

They probably migrate as a pair but Madara prolonging his life pushed Indra's reincarnation time and Asura might have been waiting for him.
