How is indra's spirit still in sasuke?

Indra's spirit left madara because he got hashirama's cells, get rinnegan, thus awakened the sage of 6 paths. sasuke is an uchiha with the cells of hashirama that kabuto put in him, shouldn't he lost indra's spirit like madara and awaken sage of 6 paths?

Chakra apparently stays with the original user, so Madara/Hashirama/Naruto/Sasuke will always have Indra/Ashuras chakra, just not always their spirit.

Actually Asuras and Indras chakra is just a small bonus (pretty big, but you get it). Madara was reincarnated as strong as he was because he had experimented on himself before death with Hashis meat/Asura's chakra allowing him to awaken the Rinnegan, not to mention the "Prime" state due to Kabuto.
