How I would rate the arc after the movie

I got to say I'm pretty disappointed for a couple reasons for one no characters really shine this arc and instead a few characters look bad like konohamaru and ao. Also way to much stuff happened this arc was all over the place.

Also the kawakii debut wasn't that spectacular all we really know so far is he's some kid who seems to have been abducted by Jigen and has a unique body.


Even the karma seal debut was underwelming. All we see so far is it has the ability to absorb jutsus and possibly chakra

When we got sasukrs curse seal debut it was pretty hype, there seals so far anyways don't appear to give any power boosts.

And tbh we need the jougan in real action by now sasukr started using his sharing early on and from the beginning when the sharingan debuted it was established early how powerful it was in actual action.

Boruto really needs a fight soon to go off with his abilities.

I'm sure there's still more mysteries with the karma seal so i still have anticipation for it.

I'm not saying this arcs trash I was super hype for Kara debut, the ao debut. My issue is just too many random pointless stuff happened and seemed more like set up than anything.

I give this arc 6/10

3/10. The only highlights were Boruto who wasn't holding back getting negged by Sarada in CQC, Sarada using Inferno, and Mitsuki using PL (means Burt won't have it) Make that 4/10 for small fry and Himawari's death foreshadowing.

The arc was poorly structured, Konohamaru didn't behave like Jonin, all the established rules of the NV were thrown out + a lot of bad writing and cheerleading. And Sumrie's confession is affecting the possibility of BoruMitsu taking place if only slightly

That's not fanfic, Himawari's case was shattered and Boruto will lose everything. Himawari is his everything and the only one he puts above himself. Remove your bias and put the two together and you'll conclude the same.

No there was plenty of foreshadow but with the shattering of the sunflower vase it was cemented. This is Kodachi he doesn't foreshadows quite well so it can't be helped.

No, kawaki went from about to get beat by that dude to and being all fatigued to blowing a hole through the dude casually with the seal activated, it gives you some kind of boost

Well kawakiis body is already physically enhanced so it's unclear if it's due to the seal all we know for a fact is it can absorb attacks and throw it back

Your right, but what we do know is that kawaki got a boost upon activation, and boruto has the same seal. It’s up in the air whether kawakis body reacts to it differently
