Which prove my point. He never handled them together

He can keep up with them together, which is my point. Otherwise he would've gotten hit by bee.

Like i've said, he was simply smarter. Sasuke replicated Itachi's feat:

Only that Sasuke persisted despite the fact already seeing he was inferior in taijutsu, which resulted on himself getting owned. Itachi already noticing he couldn't handle him was forced to go back to Nagato's bird

Post the whole page... sasuke fell to bee's final strike while Itachi avoided it.

Also, sasuke used a sword to help him (kenjutsu not taijutsu), itachi was unarmed.

And how do you know that? Only skills are rated, not conditions

Going by this logic then prime hiruzen should be listed in the databooks, but that's untrue because all of his stats that pertain to his age are substantially lower than the rest of them. This proves that his old age (a condition) was considered.

Then slap yourself. Bee alone is above Itachi in taijutsu. He escape an attack, yet the argument is changed to Itachi can handle bother Naruto and Bee lol

Why would i post the whole page when it has nothing to do with my argument? My point was to show that a 3.5 in taijutsu like Sasuke managed to replicate Itachi's "feat" that you consider impressive:

It's the exact same thing, only that Itachi fled away at one point, and we are talking about Sasuke here who has 3.5 in taijutsu(so 1 point under Itachi)

You talk about Sasuke's sword? Do you forget ninjas have kunais in their arsenal?

Getting pushed back and fleeing away doesn't mean he could handle Bee, more like the contrary

This prove my point once again. A old and fragile guy like Hiruzen still got 5 in taijutsu which prove once again, that only skills are rated, not conditions. Stamina for example is what is related to the condition of a human being, reason why Hiruzen only got 3 there(if i remember correctly) when he is supposed to have more in his so called prime

Yet none of the anime is canon...

What? :what: Are you seriously trolling and fanboying at the same time? :|

OP: Anyone who has a sharingan and is really good at using it, is proficient in taijutsu. Yah, the trick is having the sharingan. Madara, Itachi, Obito, Sasuke and maybe Kakashi as well are all skilled in taijutsu. Although Obito has another trick along with his sharingan, he can use the Kamui when appropriate to gain the upper hand in taijutsu fight.

He probably would be an equal match for base Guy. Hell with the sharingan, I'd put him slightly higher.

He is very good, better than most, but not as good as any taijutsu masters like Guy, Lee, Neji, Hiashi, Kimmimaro, etc.

This more or else. In terms of taijutsu skill, all the people above are greater than him.
You forget Tsunade though. However that is skill.

In a taijutsu fight, excluding the gates he will give any one of them a fight as then speed/reaction time, strength, etc comes into play.

Anyway he has hype and feats.

Firstly he is the only uchiha that hasn't been owned in a taijutsu fight.

Hashirama > Madara (Kid)
Lee > sasuke
Gai and Kakashi > Obito

Kid itachi owned 3 uchiha's in the police force who wielded matured sharingan's with taijutsu.

Man handled sasuke who had gone to great lengths after copying lee's taijutsu.

His clone had a brief duel with kakashi which ended in a stalemate and kakashi, though his speciality is ninjutsu is one of the shinobi's who is very good in this area.

Little duel with kirabi/naruto

Has been hyped to have high taijutsu skill in the DB as well

I didn't really forget anyone, just too lazy to list them all :\

There are other notable people who are also very good in taijutsu such as Tsunade, Hiruzen, Hashirama, Madara and so on and so forth.

Taijutsu isn't exactly his best area, but he does use it whenever his opponent is smart enough not to be caught so easily in his genjutsus and even then it is mostly just to help make eye contact so that he can use a genjutsu.

Also, I wouldn't say that he single handedly beat the 3 uchiha officers in a fair 3 on 1 fight. It was more probable that he had to ambush them so he could make sure that his slaughter was quick and silent. That's why every single uchiha wasn't on alert after he started killing them all.

Also, Sasuke's Taijutsu at that time was a 3.5, which is nowhere near Lee's 5 in taijutsu. Remember, sasuke only copied Lees basic taijutsu forms so that he could increase his physical speed in a close-range skirmish.

Again, not trying to bag on his taijtsu. Its really phenomenal, but I must say emphasize that his sharingan naturally gives him a certain advantage over people in taijutsu battles, especially because he is so skilled with it, yet relies on it constantly to win in CQC.

Haha fair enough i know what you mean as i am lazy and not motivated as well.

I agree with all you have said apart from this one because the way you have worded it confuses me.

It wasn't an ambush. It was a little confrontation there and then after they were suspect of him after shisui went missing.
Wasn't a full blown out fight, but rather a little display of taijutsu.

He can handle himself agains't any opponent in a taijutsu fight so far as they are in base though

He's higher than Naruto and Kakashi. Itachi was able to keep up with Naruto in his Taijutsu battle.

Kakashi is no where near their level, even Sasuke can easily keep up with Kakashi in Taijutsu.

Itachi is at Gai and Lee's level and with the Sharingan he has an advantage.

I wonder how many people who say "databooks are crap" are going to quote the databook in here?

Anyway, the databook says 4.5 so that's what I'll believe. But if we go by feats, then I'd say about 3.5. He lost to Sasuke in a taijutsu exchange and retreated from Naruto and Bee mutually. Those are his only taijutsu feats.

itachi kept up with km naruto and bee, who had shark sword held in the hands, at the same time; even though, Itachi retreated after bee was using 8 swords because itachi was unarmed.

In short, itachi's taijutsu is one of the best in the show.

- A Naruto that was weakened and wasn't trying to beat Itachi.
- Naruto was trying to talk but was really defending against Itachi whom was being forced to attack by Kabuto.
- Bee is better with the swords than he is with Samehada.
- Itachi had a kunai.

Hell, Naruto had Body Flickers that were almost like teleportation, and strength that can compete against a Bijuu. If Naruto were trying, he'd have blitzed Itachi in half.

Dude he went hand to hand with nine tailed cloaked naruto what do you think

Itachi didn't win, either.

He beat sasuke in a taijutsu exchange... and he fought Naruto and Bee 2v1.. He only drew back from Bee Crazy Sword Style

No, Sasuke took Itachi down twice in pt.2.

Naruto was weakened and wasn't trying to fight, and Bee's "crazy sword style" is called his superior fighting skills.

Lol indeed, I think you need to take that hand of yours & run it across your own face , because kenjutsu =/= taijutsu, show me a pure taijutsu feat from bee. Itachi evaded both naruto & bee without so much as a scratch, he can handle them individually easily.

Why would i post the whole page when it has nothing to do with my argument? My point was to show that a 3.5 in taijutsu like Sasuke managed to replicate Itachi's "feat" that you consider impressive:

Wow lol you completely miss the part where sasuke had to use a sword & still got fodderized in the end. Itachi didnt get hit, you keep thinking that just because he evaded bee that means that sasuke is on his level of taijutsu, well that is wrong. If Sasuke was as good at taijutsu as Itachi then he wouldnt even need his sword to deflect attacks & he wouldnt have gotten hit at the end. Those two things are proof enough that sasuke is seriously lacking in terms of taijutsu compared to his brother.

You talk about Sasuke's sword? Do you forget ninjas have kunais in their arsenal?

Please show me Itachi using a kunai to help him defend against bee.. You missed the point U_U. Sasuke needed the sword. He was blocking attacks, itachi evaded every single one, Evading > blocking.

Getting pushed back and fleeing away doesn't mean he could handle Bee, more like the contrary

The fact that he could keep up with bees movements & was able to escape unscathed proves that he wasnt overwhelmed by bee's attacks. Not being overwhelmed means that you can handle the situation, Itachi could handle it because even if he was getting pushed back he didnt get hit once. Sasuke got hit, he got overwhelmed. Itachi didnt U____U

He has a 5 in taijutsu because technique > physical strength, an old man can defeat a young man in a battle if the old man has a better technique. Hiruzen's technique as a fighter did not decrease because it is part of his knowledge, but his stats concerning his condition were decreased.

You proved my point. They lowered his stats in stamina because his "prime" self supposedly had more, therefore the databook considers his old condition in their stats.

Hiruzen's condition of being old was considered, why is it different for itachi's blindness? It isnt, the databook stats are based on what the character has done or what he can do at that time in base. Conditions are not disregarded.

Considering he was able to evenly go toe to toe with KCM Naruto and Bee, I'd say Itachi's taijutsu is above average.
