How Ginjou became a shinigami

I guess in the latest chapter Hirako says to ichigo he was messing around with your family but there was one chapter when Urahara says im going to join ichigo in the battle and ishin says im coming also but urahara denies him and says you dont know ichigo finding out or somehting but he will eventually...

so as of right now since everything in bleach comes together im assuming Ginjou knew about ichigo's dad because Ichigo's dad is the one who trained ginjou on becoming a soul reaper ???

We dont know how ginjou became a sub shinigami

It was probably like how ichigo got it

It's possible... bt I feel if that were the case... It would have been mentioned in his pre-death flashback!
