i just came across some panels in the manga like this:
if u read at the bottom panel u'll notice that the FRS crossed that crater that looks like has the length of a mountain or multiple in 1 second..
for those who dnt know the frs was launched when there were still 5 seconds but when there's 4 sec left we see the frs has already reached the other side of that crater
it's either the FRS is insanly fast to the point u have to have very high reflexes and reaction speed to dodge(deva's reflexes and reaction speed are insane since he reacted to a kn6 naruto trying to blitz him, oro couldnt react to naruto kn4 initial blitz but deva reacted to kn6 initial attack and we know oro is a speedy type ninja too) or kishi is just inconsistance with it
or maybe it because naruto has only been fighting high tier speedster with insane reaction speed that the frs isnt landing often much like susanoo arrows who also have a bad record when it's come to actually hitting someone since sasuke's been fighting people w/ high speed and reflexes
do u think ninja lower than kages or ninja who are not speedsters like kakashi, gai, itachi, naruto, sasuke, raikage, etc could react and dodge FRS...basically can people like chunins and low or mid jounin casually dodge it?
