Unless one wishes to argue that both KCM and BM are apart of a living Minato's arsenal; It's still a close battle that Minato barely wins. This is with "Base" Minato though. The KCM state is still rather featless. The BM is a bit difficult. Several strategies could be made by Minato to make it more deadly.
