mokuton - gets destroyed with shinra tensei. deva is weaker than nagato and destroyed a village. mokuton can also be absorbed per touch, kishimoto said preta absorb any ninjutsu technique.
preta-path - nagato can use as well.
amaterasu - shinra tenseid'd away and absorbed.
genjutsu - shared field of vision and sensor ability.
susanoo - shinra tensei'd away like the 3 huge toads, away from the village. absorbed by preta path since being chakra. madara is pulled out with bansho tenin.
nagato can sense any technique, even amaterasu.

madara has unlimited chakra but nagatos chakra doesnt reach a limit to. he fights konoha, wipes it out with one blow, fights naruto, uses celestial terra blast and remove all the dead from konoha. use all this stamina for a healthy nagato in one fight and he will never get tired.
they are both gods tbh and this would be a very tough fight but feat wise nagato is slightly superior to madara.
