how does rasengan affect tobi?

How come Tobi oozes some white stuff after being hit with minato's rasengan whereas in 596 he bleeds

minato hit tobi hard with a lot of force

naruto's just touched or brushed tobi's arm

He's probably half Tobi and half Zetsu. When he fought Minato the Zetsu half was hit, but in 596 the Tobi half was hit.

that sure is one mystery >.> Even when he fought Konan we didn't see him bleeding... what's this all of a sudden??? blood???

My thought would be tht back when he fought minato he wasn't as strong as he is now. Remember he says he wants the perfect body nd he is probably closer to it than back then.

I doubt that there's any difference in the rasengans intensity... in fact nautos should be stronger considering bijuu mode etc. Maybe the perfect body theory

Narutos glanced off his shoulder while Minatos hit him full whack. Konan made him bleed as not all of his body is made out of that I assume.
