This is simple THEY ARE GENIN LEVEL. While kid Itachi was jounin level. The only kid characters that might beat kid Itachi is Kid Obito post Kamui.

Ps: if you're referring to under 10 years old then those guys you listed are beyond fodder then(except gaara). If it's chunnin exam, they're still all basically fodder.

Kid itachi is featless as others have said.. if he didnt have MS then Gaara and rock lee have a big chance to match him .. especially gaara in this case with his auto defence.. however as we have said we cannot make an accurate assumption here since we have no knowledge on "kid" itachi

Is this some kind of joke? Why would he need MS to beat fodder? You do realize he beat Orochimaru with an ordinary 3 tomoe and a Kunai right? This happened in the 13-15 age range. He could beat Sannin without MS. Itachi at the same age destroys.

What age range are we talking about? Because if it's VoTE, Itachi can't handle CM2, Naruto's 1TF, Gated Lee, Bijuu Gaara, and Neji'd....Neji.
Kakashi said itachi was captain of anbu at 13...itach was 18 or 17 in part 1..the akatsuki said it's been 7 years when they all gathered as shown in part 1..as a matter of fact the information is not accurate..and yes if itachi actually didn't have his ms as a kid..please tell me how he takes these guys down

Kid sasuke has the curse mark

Kid neji takes him down I believe
It's hard to make an accurate conclusion because we haven't seen what he's capable of as a kid

Yeah I do know and in terms of fighting ability there Chunin level at best while Kid Itachi was a anbu captain.
