Yes he does, he always has a back-up plan for important fights, if he fought against Naruto he would've already made summoning contracts for the bijuu

I'm not even going to argue against your NE logic. Even if sasuke gathered the bijuu, Naruto would know thanks to the bijuu connection. Also Naruto possess full kurama and kurama >>> other bijuu.
