There's enough there to clearly make the connection of "Requirements stated are Uchiha Blood + Sharingan" --> "These characters are the characters from whom the Sharingan and Uchiha Blood originate." In any case, it's a straight up bad argument to say that Tsukuyomi being as strong as we're saying it is = Tsukuyomi beats godtier characters.

I don't think sight is the issue. He can be looking at itachi's eyes even if he doesn't see him and still get hit. But if you mean his eyes are closed in SM. Can he avoid totsuka since it isnt chakra to be sensed or any of the genjutsu itachi has that dont need eye contact like Kasegui

Nah it isn't. That's the thing, even a Genjutsu meant to rob the users visual, is triumphed over by the Sharingan. Being able to see the chakra destroys the usefulness of the Genjutsu. Then with Itachi being able to see Hashirama's chakra silhouette he could:
