how do you rank a ninja in genius?

in the ninja world genius means a lots of thing if someone has high stamina loads of chakra there are called a genius or some one has loads of jutsue they are a genius or if some one has high intelligence so in that's the case then there are only a few genius in naruto.

whats the point in high intelligence if you get killed
whats the point in knowing 100s of jutsue if u cant use half of them-kakashi
what the point in having high chakra and stamina with out jutsue

so who would you rank a real genius.
i just say 5 from a few minato/j man/madara/1st hokage-2nd few real genius U_U

well like negi he is a genius in the gentle fist ....hizashi hyuga was surprised when he seen neji had figured out rotation and the 32 or 64 palm whatever it was back then all on his own...and shikamaru everyone was impressed even the fudal lord offered him a job after they seen his abilty to set up such complex stratigies ...then there is naruto he is kinda a genius to me becuse he always figures out a way to get thing done like when he was a kid and figured out that with a shadow clone he can balnce out and create the rasengan and with that knowlegde know konohamaru now uses it as well long b4 his time u know that was a genius move lol kinda ....but ya very few thats for sure

no i think minato is the only true genius in the series, he created lots of jutsus, was able to predict the events of the future and plan accordingly, and he is the quickest thinker, and a strategist
