Oh and you should re-size your signature. It's too big, which is against the rules.

for the first one its easy

open photoshop drag bg and drag render on it

for the second one its easy too xd
select your layer than select layer(s) with ones you want to merge yours (by clicking shift or ctrl ..) right click and merge layers ..
