[Question] How do you make a link?

I've seen with many people, that underneath their sigs, their bio is attached but by the characters' name. & if you click it, it takes you to the person's bio.

I would like to ask how do you do that?

There is also a button, the picture of a globe with a chain under it will allow you to use links. If you highlight text then click that button it will turn that text into a link. Alternatively if you directly post a hyperlink, it will automatically turn into a link.
