How do you judge your top 10?

How do you guys judge your top 10s?

I judge them by prowess. I noticed most of you judge them by 1 vs 1.. and deliberatly put someone in a 1 vs 1 situation to make them the strongest. SOOOO Just want to know how everyone ranks their top 10s.


For example: For me Jiraiya/Orochimaru/Tsunade/Muu/ and the other revived Kage > Itachi (Sorry that i had to use Itachi, I still love you though man).


Simply because i believe those people have more "prowess" then Itachi. Since 1 vs 1 depends on Scenarios. Unless your like against someone out of your league (Rikudou/Hashirama/Madara). Then its a different story.

I create mine based on how much of an argument I can create.

Generally it's wether the guy that's no.X can beat no.Y
I don't class autonomous things like Edo Tensei or Summons as power.

I judge them through feats, so basically any powerful KKG or dojutsu or with OP Justus. So it goes like this:

1- Edo Madara and what he has

2- Obito and what he has

And so on.

i judge them on how funny they are thats why itachi is last on my list and hidan is number 1

I create my top 10 by how many facts i can get about a character.

the rest of the kages i can argue for but your mind is simply too clouded. But i don't want to get off topic so..

OT: i judge by feats and what i have seen, sometimes ill use hype like in hashiramas case while he does have feats his hype is truly amazing.

Skills and possible outcomes would they fight others around their tier level. For me, itachi is top 15, but I can arguably think of 20 characters who could beat him, but this doesn't make itachi weak, since over all he is a better ninja.

Here is my top 10, I judge it on ability's shown and on how difficult they are to kill.

My top ten is simple......the most survived ninja in NV in terms of age or the difficulties they faced in their battles and above all still live until now.

other than that he efficiently wiped the uchiha out. He can act as a shield, sealing can be arguably one of the best.
genjutsu capabilities on par with the best. I can go on.

I dont see how he can be of more us than those you listed.

When Orochimaru wasn't in his prime, then now he has mokuton.....

And did I not say Prowess? Why are you bringin VS scenarios?

You make Itachi into a 1 shot kill machine yet the man hasn't done it.... You call others simple minded for not overhyping Itachi.. yet you call yourself logical person for overhyping a guy who has Kakashi level chakra..

Now lets put Itachi in Jiraiya and Tsunade's situation.... and see how well he does... oh yes he doesn't do well.

I would never pick a guy who struggled against Hebi sasuke. . Tsunade/Jiraiya/Orochimaru will be a better pick for me. But lets stay to the OP

It's very simple, I just compare each of their abilities/feats/skills versus each other and see which one comes out on top.
Whoever has the higher chance of winning will move up the list.
