Do you think the difficulty of a matchup is decided by
1. How long it takes for Character A to take down Character B
2. How much chakra/stamina Character A has to use in order to take down Character B
For example:
Early Shippuden Kakashi can arguably take down Hashirama in a few seconds by kamui sniping his head off. The battle doesn't last very long - but Kakashi needs to exert a lot of chakra and stamina in order to use kamui. Just a couple kamui uses put Kakashi in the hospital for a week once. So is it a low diff fight since he finished him in about 3 seconds, or is it a mid-high diff fight since he had to exert a lot of stamina/chakra to defeat her?
Another example: Deidara vs the 3rd Raikage (assuming Deidara won't use C0). Let's say Deidara starts on his bird. There's no way for the Raikage to reach him, since he cannot touch Deidara due to flight, but there's no way for Deidara to hurt him, since the Raikage dodges/tanks/disables clay with raiton. So the logical conclusion would be to say the Raikage wins by an outlast (raikage is obviously the ninja with better stamina). So is this a low diff fight, since the Raikage doesn't have to exert much chakra to beat Deidara, or is it a high diff fight since it took so long?
I'd just like to know your opinion. Personally, I try to factor in a little bit of both chakra exertion as well as time - but I have no exact way of calculating it.
