How do you get the cards you want in yugioh decade duels?

I use to have yugioh decade duels a long time ago on an xbox. I had this crystal beast deck with Rainbow Dragon that I liked to use but now I go a ps3 and decided to get yugioh decade duels plus. Although I like that they added more cards it makes it difficult to get the ones I want. I remember in the older version of the game I'd get crystal beast over and over sometimes but now I can't even get one. So is there a way to get the ones I want and if not is there a mod I could use that's simple and won't mess up my game?

Everyone YuGiOh game has a password option where you type the numbers of their code in and you can get them.

No the cards are random and there are savestates posted online I've been playing since it updated and still haven't got topaz tiger to complete my deck

I've found a game save with all the cards for ps3. Everyone's saying it works, so I'm gonna try it out.
