You can get a custom pic from web ( those which are free to download for such purpose and add it using "edit signature" option in your profile (user CP). You can make one for your self and upload it as well.
Some members provide signature for free. Some charge for it in kumis. Seeing that you are a new member I doubt you can pay for it unless someone makes a donation.. so you can ask around in relevant sections.

well i already have tons of naruto pics and so on bt how do yh DL it to sig,cause i dnt even kno how to mak it appear
create a profile album at your profile and upload the image you want as your signature. copy the code.
Goto user CP menu.
hit the edit signature option in it
follow the directions.
the image size is limited to 600 Mb perhaps or whatever so check out and resize your signatue accordingly beforehand. so that you do not face uploading problems.
