To get rid of both mental and physical stress I do this, One dont have any high expectations of yourself it just makes you worry about every little detail. Two take an hour out of your day and just exercise like crazy it will help get rid of all your frustration. I also like to use a sauna for like fifteen minutes but if you dont have one near you or are too shy try changig the tempature in your shower from very hot as long as you can stand it to very cold as long as you can stand it a few times. Helps me.
