How do u become a sensei?

The idea would be to inform the students of their sensei's lack of qualification, their fraudulant behavior. Then refer the student to a list of available "qualified" sensei as well as various stickies on the board such as The Battle Arena Rules and such to help them get on the right path. The sensei themself should be urged to take the proper steps before taking on students and should understand that any falsefully earned techniques they learn or teach won't be allowed in the Battle Arena.

The group would be made up of the top (longest) sensei's on the board. These sensei would meet up to basically do what NBBMS does for the Medical Sensei already.

Sorry, i was editing my post. The selection's would more or less be determined by the highest ranked sensei.. basically the (say top 5 sensei).. not saying "Oh my sensei is better than yours" type thing.. I mean in a since of lineage. For example, NBBMS is made up of all top level Medic-Nin. There were two "schools of thought" on narutobase for medical ninjutsu, mine and TsunadeSama's. All medical shinobi on the board pretty much started through us (and Pein87). Because TsunadeSama is no longer with us, her top students, Pein87 and myself (we are also waiting on one other user to accept his invitation) make up the NBBMS because we we are directly linked as senpai to every medical sensei on the board. This same type of system would be what's ideally to be applied.

ok i think i get it (sorry im half asleep) so thier will only like a cuple of pple alowd to be sensei's but its going to be based on thier knowledge and ability and things of that sort am i getting this right or am i not right

Sort of your idea is already in progress, In BlondiGirls academy for students and sensei's, i'm the suicho shihan (grand master), meaning that i'm above sensei and i train senseis how to teach their students in a better way.

Actually, it's long since been in progress. And you've been part of it. Think more along the lines of "The Council", but several of them each with the same goal but for different areas. For example, NBBMS specializes for Medical Shinobi. The Council reigns over UCR/CKS, etc. But the idea here would be to make those groups be more proactive in sensei training, certification, and verification as well as helping to document certain aspects of their respective duties (when needed). Then one user from each of those groups would be elected from within the group to represent the group at a central social group which helps to ensure proper communications between the various groups.

Notably, this would supercede any rivalries or clan disputes, for example. I'm pretty sure everyone knows that I don't exactly trust Anbu, yet NBBMS has an Anbu member.

There should be something like the chuunin exams, but for senseis, where at least 4 candidates go up in a battle/tournament. If we did 2v2 matches, we could see how well they work within a team.

Not necessarily the winner would become a sensei, though.

The issue with that is, most of the current users are getting close to that in a week with these "Count to 2000 UserA and UserB" type threads.

Such tournament style exams are what i consider part of the qualification process in the system I discribed above, the various groups would gather to hold such exams.. but it wouldn't just be over battling/tournament. It would also cover things like, their knowledge of the rules and their ability to complete missions as those are just as important as battling, may current sensei forget that, many I've notice are failing to teach that to their students. I see a lot o sensei jump right into teaching their students jutsu and battle tactics without ever showing them the Battle Arena rules. It's no wonder there is so much confusion on how things work.

Yes, that has been a problem for me but i dont have the heart to refuse some1 when they ask me.
But now i tihnk my new system for HFV fixes that problem
