Nice idea who will make the groups.i for one think that some of the elder members here before the switch should lead them.What are the requirements of board members?We need them to meet at least once a week and show who is in there camp.Any ideas anyone?

Shodaime, Madara, Yamato, SweetSasuke, maybe CaptainKenpachi if you can get him online to let him know what's going on.. Any or all of them would be good choices. Honestly, I think most of that could be decided by you guys (mods). 
As mods were not supposed to directly influnce site experinces.I mean i moderate this area but we should build a working system for sensei`s and senpia`s aswell so that not just anyone can become one just because they`ve posted a lot.

uhm, for starters, there should be a separate forum, or a subforum, with surten permissions, so the ppl who are gonne decide, can meet there.
And the permission thingy could be used to make separate training grounds for each sensei, for each village...

OK the subform thing well I found a hack for group forums on vbulletin.com(check sticky posted by Versuvio).Its possible to make a group leader who can make a forum for each village(group) and have it so they have there own battle grounds but arena fighting would still be done on the main site.Reason being is i`m not a vb member yet so i cant view the demos to see how the hacks work or look at a larger scale of the thumbnails.if this gets enough support I can post it to Versuvio and ZonDer.

Thats right.. I mean I dont see myself a true sensei yet.. Just teaching for now.. The others piss me off.. thinking theyre so good.. And something else ever heard of studentstealing??Because some ppl try to convince other students.. to join them instead of the current sensei they have.. They promise things.. and that they will be better than the current..Well, it's only recently that people would join the board then a few weeks later try to become sensei.
I remember all the background missions I did when I first came on the site, and I was a neutral party for most of that time. I even opted on several missions infiltrating the original Anbu group when they first started their "attack" on NarutoBase in information gathering missions for various, un-named, parties. I was also made to be a judge for many battles before I made my jutsu list as an Academy Student. But it seems like much more recently people get on the site and fight a few people, build up their post count in meaningless threads, and then instantly call themselves "sensei". It's kinda sad really.
Thats lame and it sucks.. I have names.. but I wont say them out here..
Well we really cant stop student stealing since its perfectly legal.The students sensei may not be one much or there not being taught what they wanna know and leave plz bare in mind that there are two sides to a story.Also about me posting to the admins this does not mean its sure fire because they would have to download the hack, install it, test it ,and then add to site.
Well, how the NBBMS (NarutoBase Board of Medical Specialist) meets is through a social goup set to Invite Only. That way only members of the council are allowed to participate. It's currently made up of the five most well known, and longest running, medical-nin on narutobase. Something like that is what I was thinking for each of the various other groups. I'm not exactly sure how vBulletin works internally but many forums create related table entries which have to be indexed and updated.. this can be costly on the database software itself. That is IF that's the approach that vBulletin takes, if not then it might be possible.
Maybe same board..

Sweet for your subform idea I have found a hack for the group forums idea i had not to long ago.Check it out if you like its content post so if not post why its not good if you`d like to see it

OK, i have to say that i fully support this, i'v read it, and i hope that Varsuvio will accept this idea, i hope u will try hard enough to get him to do it, since i don't really have a vote in it (i'm not a mod)...

ill be around a lot more, but i see one problem, what if a "want to be" sensei doenst pass the test but gets some students anyway?
