By posting you level up, how more post how higher you rank. For more information:
The green bars are rep (reputation) bars. How more rep you have how more green bars you will get. Rep can be received due to people pressing the green flag in the right upper corner of your post or if you create a thread by pressing on the 'thank you' button.

You get ranks based on your post count.
The green bars are Rep, and they're gained or lost when you make a post that people like or don't like. To give or take away Rep, you click on the little green flag, and choose either "I agree" or "I disagree", and then click "add to rep". You can also add comments (which are required to take rep away).

the green bars are your reputation bars the more reps you get the more bars you have and the more post you have the better ranking you have so i think if you get 100 post you will be a chunin

You rank up by posting (though try not to spam,multipost,etc...)
take a look at this link so you see how many posts you need for each rank
The green bars is your reputation bar, reputation can be either negative or positive, to rep someone you only need to click on this
