how do I lucid dream

i managed to lucid dream, just a few days ago, after i read some thread created in here.!!

i was always able to tell when i was dreaming or not so it was really easy.!!

Can you believe i actually remembered this thread in NB and then tried to lucid dream.?? XD

crazy stuff.!!

lucid dreaming is knowing your in a dream ,and you can manipulate it somewhat, not totally tough. im a lucid dreamer and one thing you need alot of is visuals ... whatever it is you wanna dream about it has to be something you've thought about or seen for a long portion of the day... i was playing mass effect 3 and i had a dream about fighting the collectors... or i could watch porn or think about *** alot and im having a dream about having a threesome wit two hot chicks. lucid dreaming is hard but i been able to do it since i was 18 im 27 now

Sigh ... I always could influace events in my dream ... but my mind isnt what it usually is when I am sleepy .... Things go crazy like a full fledged war between the Transformers and the Spartan near a ice cream shop.
