Then when your bio is approved, you can start training here
Then when you have enough experience and training, you can start battling here

Nope O_O, you can only get stronger by training under a sensei. Otherwise you can't learn anything. And you can make your own jutsu's, however they have to be approved first and to post strong jutsu's you need to have a high rank.

ur using akatsuki userbar that doesn't makes u a automatic S-class missing nin
cause u just joined the site and put it on, u never proved ur strength

its simply the hard way around starting from Gennin ending at Sage
He's not blind, you just don't get it. That bar means nothing, everyone can place that bar there with Akatsuki on it. It's the second bar that counts, it changes automatically when you get/rise a rank.
Because you have less than 50 posts, you aren't even a genin and thus you don't even got the second bar. Besides Akatsuki is not a rank.

Then just go by the basic.
Things like, I throw you a kunnai, or more complicated, I summersault in the air tossing 3 tagged kunnais that loose some gravel wich blind you.
No jutsus, no KG, just plain description.
That's the easy way to do it.
